My Story

Tracy- Ann "Roxxi" Chung got her start in the entertainment industry first through starting her own music blog in 2008, "Music Konnec," curating content centered on Caribbean music ( Reggae, Dancehall, and Soca). With her passion for media and entertainment and writing for media skill sets, she landed an opportunity to become an on-air personality, produce, and be a digital content creator for Source Life Radio located on Wall Street. Roxxi also made and hosted her own weekly segment, "Top 20 Reggae and Dancehall Hitlist," at SLR. Additionally, Roxxi has had the opportunity to interview notable artists such as Ricky Blaze, Future Fambo, Kranium, K'coneil, Omari Banks, and King Yellow Man's daughter K'reema.

Since 2019, she switched gears by venturing into Public Relations and became a Public Relations Coordinator at PlayBook MG, overseeing her client's campaign. At PLAYBOOK MG, she gained industry insight and experience while working alongside celebrity publicist Marie "Driven" Theodore. Marie has represented Remy Ma, Papoose, Spice, Chef Patrick, Wyclef Jean, Marian Hall (aka Lady Saw), Sting Jamaica, and Mr. Vegas.

With her tenacity and experience, Roxxi took a leap of faith into entrepreneurship and started her own PR Agency, Roxxi Chung PR. Roxxi Chung PR is a full-service Public Relations & Communications boutique focusing on entertainment & lifestyle brands. RoxxiChung represents various clients but with a particular niche for representing those upcoming artists with a Caribbean background that wants to break out into the North American market. Roxxi Chung aims to help these brands authentically connect with their target market through incredible storytelling and content curation.
